Computer Repair and Technical Support

If you’re having technical problems with your computer, tablet, or smartphone and it’s still under warranty, you can usually get technical support from the manufacturer of the device. If you have an Apple product, you can get Apple support here or you can walk into your nearest Apple store.

As an alternative to contacting the manufacturer, whether your device is in or out of warranty, you can seek help from Best Buy’s Geek Squad. You can typically pay a monthly fee for technical support, or purchase a year’s worth at a time. Contact your local Best Buy store for more details.
