Ross Clippinger is a Captain in the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office, with over 17 years of service. He is currently assigned to Santa Rita Jail, where he oversees multiple critical areas, including the use of force review process, litigation, and policy revisions.

Mr. Clippinger holds a B.A. in Mathematics from U.C. Berkeley.
