We also encourage members to connect with us virtually. ACERA staff are available via mail, email, or phone. We’re available on Zoom video for Ready-To-Retire Counseling appointments.

If you are able to complete your business with ACERA via mail, email, phone, or video, we ask that you continue to do so in order to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

Submit Physical Documents in Our Drop Box Without an Appointment

You can submit forms and documents in-person utilizing the drop box in our office elevator lobby on the 10th floor of 475 14th Street in Oakland without needing to speak with ACERA staff.

In-Person Office Appointments

In-person appointments are available. Schedule an appointment here or call 510-628-3000.

If you’re looking for retirement counseling because you’re ready to retire, schedule a Ready-To-Retire Counseling appointment. Note that these must be scheduled in advance, and ACERA staff will be unable to provide retirement counseling to members who drop in.
