Board of Retirement Charter
The Board of Retirement usually
meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 2:00 p.m. on the 10th
floor of 475 14th Street in Oakland, CA.

Since minutes for the Board of Retirement meeting are approved at
the following Board Meeting, posting minutes could take a month
or more. Minutes for the Board meeting are typically posted here
by the Monday following the next Board meeting.
ACERA’s Board and standing Committee meetings are held in
accordance with the Brown
Act, a California law that guarantees the public’s right to
attend and participate in meetings of local legislative bodies.
